Private Training

What is it?

It is a constant follow-up through one-hour intensive training sessions with a private trainer.

For whom?

These training sessions are for those who:

Have discipline problems
Have difficulty meeting their objectives
Need close supervision further to a health problem.


To optimize time period for meeting objectives• To avoid discouragement and drop-out
To reduce the risk of injury from improper execution of movements
To avoid overtraining, i.e. “burn-out” from lack of rest.


The sessions are held at your rhythm and according to your budget.
i.e. once a month to 3 times a week.


The training sessions are held in the physical training room.
