Need close supervision further to a health problem.
Why?To optimize time period for meeting objectives• To avoid discouragement and drop-out
To reduce the risk of injury from improper execution of movements
To avoid overtraining, i.e. “burn-out” from lack of rest.
When?The sessions are held at your rhythm and according to your budget.
